Founded in Jakarta in 2018, Sela Atelier is a fictional architecture practice exploring how buildings can feel generous, grounded, and deeply connected to their climate.
Our name comes from the Indonesian word for the space between things. It reflects how we work: looking closely at the transitions between inside and outside, public and private, material and light.
We bring architects, interior designers, and makers into one collaborative process. Every commission begins with listening and develops through models, drawings, material studies, and open conversation.
